He won the second prize, staging a live ad for the product ‘Whitewash- Instant fairness cream’. Nikitha Naveen of 11 ISC shone in what she does best; her oratory skills secured her the second last lifejacket in the sinking ship. She won the second prize in Shipwreck- a persuasive speech contest in which participants vie to convince the captain (judges) that you're a better choice for getting the last lifejacket on board, rather than any other, on the sinking ship.

All the winners and participants were bestowed e-certificates by Primus School. DIS proudly congratulates all the students for their exceptional accomplishments.

The Fourth Wall

Shamaa S Pavagada (class 11 ISC) along with her really amazing teammates, Poorvi Sanath,(class 9 IGCSE) and Sharanya Kusgur( class 10 IGCSE) participated in the Resurgence competition  hosted by Bishop Cottons Boys School. They were the participants in the film-making competition- The Fourth Wall.

The DIS team was ranked in the Third Place among the 19 competing teams from different schools and colleges. Among the few of many tasks assigned, they had to make a poster of their movie. After choosing the genre, Romantic Comedy, the team came up with this poster. They also came up with a brief plot of the story, along with a trailer completely made from scratch.
